The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 393 "An Act                                        
relating to default on tuition, fees, and other charges of the University                           
of Alaska and to claims on permanent fund dividends for tuition, fees,                              
and other charges of the University of Alaska that are in default" and
